All land tax payers will benefit from a Redmond Liberal government plan to lift the land tax base threshold from $110,000 to $300,000.
 
This reform will see 75,000 residential and business people with a land value below $300,000 no longer paying any land tax.
 
Costing around $157 million over three years the plan will provide much needed relief for business operators struggling to survive in a state that has the most expensive land tax system in the nation.
