Liberal Leader Isobel Redmond has unveiled a new look Shadow Cabinet, bringing in four new faces.
Ms Redmond said her new Shadow Cabinet was a formidable and energetic team, drawing on a range of backgrounds and experiences.
“My revitalised Shadow Cabinet is a strong blend of experience and youth,” Ms Redmond said.
“There are four new members in my team and they all have important jobs to do leading up to the 2014 election.
“The experienced members of our team will also play a key role in holding this inept, fiscally irresponsible Labor Government to account.”
The 15 Shadow Ministers include 12 MPs from the House of Assembly and three from the Legislative Council.
There are three new Shadow Ministers – Steven Marshall, John Gardner and Dan van Holst Pellekaan. Jing Lee will take up a role as Parliamentary Secretary.
“My new team’s priority will be to hold the Weatherill Labor Government to account over its poor policies and appalling financial management,” Ms Redmond said.
“Mr Weatherill and Labor have created a massive debt problem after nearly a decade of Labor’s economic mismanagement.
“South Australians are now suffering under the burden of soaring cost of living pressures, with water bills alone increasing by 40 per cent last year.
“My new team will hold this Government to account for its bad policies, bad decisions and bad priorities.”
